For large orders, we may not have enough in stock. If you want to purchase a large quantity, fill out the contact form with your order request and we will get to work on your order right away. Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to finish your order. Some orders may take longer depending on the quantity.How to Request a Specific Color
Colors
may differ slightly due to varying monitor & screen displays. Also, some
yarn companies use different dye lots with each batch of yarn. To request a specific color (more specific than 'blue' or 'white'), it may help to find the Hex code of your color at this link and then send us the code with our contact form.
Shipping and Tax
Shipping and tax costs are included in all orders placed with one of the Online Shops. The shipping and taxes will be calculated with and added to an order request sent with the contact form, and the totals will be emailed to you with an invoice.
*For anyone in nearby Bannock County and Bingham County, Idaho areas (Blackfoot, Chubbuck, McCammon, Pocatello, Shelley, etc) who wants to place an order: we can waive the shipping cost if we meet locally for the exchange. You may also email us your order and pay with cash or with Venmo!
